It would be useful to have a decentralized storage of all web information and especially government information?

For example look at https://web.archive.org/web/20231208105334/https://a810-bisweb.nyc.gov/bisweb/bispi00.jsp

This shows that information is no longer available online due to "data center power"

BIS is not reflecting some transactions made April 29 - May 6, 2022, as well as limited transactions
prior to April 29 due to an unexpected power outage at the City's data center.
If BIS does not accurately reflect your transaction, submit an inquiry at [www.nyc.gov/dobhelp](https://web.archive.org/web/20231208105334/http://www.nyc.gov/dobhelp) .

We should back up governments and the web in a decentralized organized way.
