[Suggestion] Allow us to provide a command line argument to a program cclite will run #10

It would be nice if we could do this

cclite-master-64.exe C:\fake\path\to\script.lua

and cclite would run the script. It would work like a charm with Sublime, allowing users to create a build system that, when the user presses Ctrl-B, would run their script in cclite.
