By inviting or using Nocaro ("the bot") in your Discord server, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using Nocaro and remove the bot from your server.
Nocaro is designed to enhance user interaction within your Discord server by performing various automated tasks. By using Nocaro, you understand and accept the following conditions:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use Discord and Nocaro in compliance with Discord's own Terms of Service.
- Compliance with Laws: You agree to use Nocaro in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to privacy, data collection, and user content.
Nocaro does not store or process actual message content. The only data stored are Message IDs for the purpose of bot functionality. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Nocaro is not responsible for the content of any messages it regurgitates. Nocaro does not generate original content but may respond using previously seen messages from the active channel where the bot is running. If a message is deleted or Nocaro is removed from the server, the corresponding Message IDs will no longer be accessible.
By using Nocaro, you agree that:
- You will not use the bot for unlawful or malicious purposes.
- You will not exploit Nocaro to distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
- You are responsible for the messages and content shared within your server, including those that Nocaro interacts with or regurgitates.
Nocaro’s developers reserve the right to block or disable access to the bot for users or servers that engage in behavior that violates these terms or Discord’s guidelines.
The Nocaro team is not responsible for:
- Any errors, bugs, or downtime experienced by the bot.
- Loss of data or other damages incurred through the use of the bot.
- Any misuse or inappropriate use of the bot by its users.
Nocaro is provided "as-is" without any warranties, whether express or implied.
Nocaro's developers reserve the right to update or modify the bot’s functionality, features, or these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the bot after any changes to the ToS constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
You may terminate your use of Nocaro at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server. The Nocaro team also reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the bot for any user or server at its discretion without prior notice.
Nocaro is open-source and licensed under the GNU GPL v3. The source code is available at the Nocaro GitHub Repository. You may review, modify, and contribute to the code, but by using Nocaro, you agree to comply with the terms of this ToS regardless of modifications made to your version of the bot.
These Terms of Service will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
