Install / Missing Frameworks .NET 8.0 Desktop Runtime

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Install the program
2. Execute the program
3. Error .Net even being installed

NETworkManager version: NETworkManager_2021.11.30.0_Setup

Windows version: Windows 11

.NET-Framework version: Net-Framework Version 6.0

Are you sure you have installed desktop applications runtime?
There are separate downloads for console and gui runtimes.

you need to install the .NET 6.0.x Desktop Runtime

I can deliver a portable version of the framework with the app, but i would always have to distribute udpates as soon as a security update is provided by microsoft. When you install it, it updates itself via windows update.
