vscode crash

PostgreSQL v1.4.3
MacBook Pro M1
macOS 13.5.1 (22G90)

1. Right-click table --> Run Select Top 1000
2. Search for text in result window (cmd +f, 'some text', return)
3. Repeat step 1 or close [x] result tab

This is reproducible on my machine. Nothing in extension logs.

I've noticed this happening sporadically as well, even a few minutes ago which led me here.

VSCode: 1.87.2
PostgreSQL 12.18 (Debian 12.18-1.pgdg100+1) on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu

This was happening to me sporadically about 2-3 times a day. The extension logs don't have any information in them about why it crashes either. I finally had to ditch this extension because I kept losing work and progress when it would crash VSCode.
