ECS Settings Window Remains Invisible On Screen After Closing

Bug description

After closing settings window while having "Stats" tab checked, the settings window remains on the screen, albeit invisible. Does not allow mouse interactions behind invisible window and stat section (Spell, Spell Power, etc...) names appear on screen.

After re-opening settings window and changing to the "General" tab, the mouseover spell section text no longer appear, but there are still invisible zones on the screen that do not allow mouse interactions (ie, left or right click camera movements).

Hey @eroeters thanks for reporting this.

I know about this for quite some time and have yet to find out what exactly is causing this. I have not found a way to consistently reproduce the problem 🙈
