Object detection/

Just found this tool after many different google search terms.

Is anyone aware of other tools in this space but for object (person) detection?

I suspect motion detection is faster, so my thoughts were a pipeline of motion detection, and then passing to object detection (OpenVINO/etc), and then finally alerts could be generated and/or saved video files with confirmed people in the video footage.
