Upgrade UI so have a mode called 'progressive hard reset', which can be toggled in the system menu, defaults to off.

Works by picking random 1--9 no. on start-up. When resetting pages/menus normally do a hard reset on that line. Advance the no. Next page refresh do hard reset on that line. And so on until it loops back around to line 1, and continues.

Purpose: Certain older Canutes which cannot necessarily be easily fixed have frequent cell errors which users have to fix by pressing the zero button to do a full page hard reset. This automates that for minimal increase in noise and minimal decrease in speed.
