[Request] Built-in theme improvements for Tasklist

Use-cases

the current Built-in theme for the tasklist applet feels unfinished, especially when the active window is focused, the whole item is highlighted green.

Proposal

Here I think how to improve it

1. more darker color for not focused windows
2. focused windows only highlighted in the bottom
