[Bug] Unable to rename workspaces

Description

After creating workspaces, I am unable to edit their names.

Budgie version

10.9.2

Operating System

Arch Linux

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Right click on an existing or newly created workspace
2. Click on the Rename option
3. Type new name for the workspace
4. Hover over workspace

Actual result

Expected result

Have the workspace renamed

Additional information

Oddly enough, looking around with dconf editor it seems the old workspace names are present and do not change after adding a workspace or renaming them.

This feature has worked for me in the past. Can't remember when it exactly started failing but it was around fall of last year.
