Description

Existing windows resize to their smallest size possible whenever a new window/app is opened

Magpie version

v1 d7adfba

Operating System

ubuntu budgie 24.04

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. open a window
  2. resize that window
  3. open a new app
  4. original window resizes itself.

Actual result

as per the description

Expected result

all windows should not move and resize by themselves

All apps. Doesn't appear to be an xwayland issue.
