fmi2SerializeFMUstate issue in FMPy 0.3.21? #735

One of our suppliers FMU was failed to simulate in FMpy (Version: 0.3.21).

Error Message:

The FMU was imported in an internal tool to get more info as given below.

It is observed that, there is no flag related to "canSerializeFMUstate" in the description.

So we can understand that fmi2SerializeFMUstate is non-mandatory if "canSerializeFMUstate" is not set. Pls, clarify, Why FMpy is considering fmi2SerializeFMUstate in our case? pls guide us to resolve this issue.

Also failed to simulate in Matlab Simulink 2020b
