Deprecating net40 variant

Upstream might change release model soon. Based on a polling, 96% of the users are using x64 systems. It might switch from AnyCPU to pure x64 release (potentially with a separately released x86 patch).

As such, starting from the next release, EOE's net40 variant will be deprecated. There might still be a few releases for it, but it will be purely on Best Effort basis.

If you are still using EOE in an environment that is not possible to use .Net Framework 4.5, please seriously consider upgrading - even Windows 7 entered End of Support in January this year.

鉴于此，从下一个版本开始，EOE 的 net40 版本将会被 deprecate。也许仍会有数个更新版本，但它们将会完全基于 Best Effort。

如果您仍在运行无法使用 .Net Framework 4.5 的环境，请认真考虑升级。Windows 7 的支持已在今年一月到期。

Upstream switched from DynamicJson to DynaJson in andanteyk@dcad932

DynaJson requires .Net Framework 4.5.1, so we will be dropping support for net40 starting from the next release. 4.5.1.0 will be the last version with net40 variant.

上游已在 andanteyk@dcad932 中从 DynamicJson 切换至 DynaJson。
