Some people may still not have a Java version which supports Lets Encrypt. As a result the launcher will not be able to find CCEmuX.

If we fail to download due to a certificate reason, we should attempt to add LE to the SSL context and try again see this SO question and the implementation of LetsEncryptCraft. I believe Forge does something similar, so possibly worth checking out.

Seems like a good idea, even if it's unlikely that the emulator is running on such an old version.
