Update the communication section of the incident process documentation to state when we should reach out to our external partners (e.g. CDPH) and where that contact information should be. It shouldn't be in the incident process documentation because it's for incident process, not evolving contact list.

• Create a matrix of email templates and contact lists.
• Ask partners to add their contact info.

Do we need a place to capture technical vs clinical contacts for partners? An axis for orders vs results for LA? I'm wondering if those dimensions may be more likely to impact the contact list than error type.

Also, should AL be removed?

We are looking to make sure error scenarios outlined here are covered with the appropriate contacts.
