I have an action item to share the contact matrix with Marty. @csweet92 and @JohnNKing can we take one more quick look at it this AM before I send it off? |
Do we need a place to capture technical vs clinical contacts for partners? An axis for orders vs results for LA? I'm wondering if those dimensions may be more likely to impact the contact list than error type. Also, should AL be removed? |

Updated ask sent to Deloitte on 12/24/2024: Marty/Amanda/Sam,I hope you are enjoying some time off. We would like to get the conversation regarding primary and secondary partners back on the PM or SME agendas after the holidays. Here is the link for the Incident Contact Matrix. Please note we have included two options (as tabs) to accomplish this task (Error Driven Disto Option and Message Type Option). We are looking to make sure error scenarios outlined here are covered with the appropriate contacts. Happy to sync up beforehand to dig deeper on the ask. |

Update the communication section of the incident process documentation to state when we should reach out to our external partners (e.g. CDPH) and where that contact information should be. It shouldn't be in the incident process documentation because it's for incident process, not evolving contact list.
