Remove asterisks in Find Your Project page for non-required fields

These fields in Find your Project are all marked with a red asterisk, which usually indicates it is required. However, the text (enter as much as you can) and behavior (it starts searching when you enter just one thing) show it is not actually required. We should remove the asterisks and only use them when someone cannot advance at all without filling them in.
