Add necessary files and make neccessary changes to generate the deb package with NEMEA detectors.

For inspiration, have a look into https://github.com/CESNET/Nemea-Framework/tree/master/libtrap/debian and https://github.com/CESNET/Nemea-Framework/blob/master/libtrap/Makefile.am#L47
