Feature: Clean available execution profiles

There are a lot of execution profiles available to execute the project in Visual Studio but not all of them are useful and it confuses new developers

• Clean existing profiles and remove the ones not useful
• Make sure existing ones perform properly
• Clean and repair the docker compose project and
