Creation of a "non-measurable" condition to record elements for review, further calculation or human validation

Idea being here that the condition as a check will always return fail/warning - but provides comment/context for the user/engineer/designer to perform further manual checks and sign off.

Examples being from structural sub-assembly:

Column connections must be easy to assemble and dis-assemble
or
Columns are restrained horizontally in x direction at top and bottom
