Each SCS Authority should indicate which of their systems inherit from.

In https://gitlab.com/calconnect/tc-localization/csd-transcription-systems/issues/23 we implemented relationships.

Some systems that “adopt” an underlying system can now be represented as such.

A number of ALA-LC, BGN/PCGN and UN systems are adoptions and should have its underlying system filled in.
