cannot install montagepy in the latest Anaconda environment

I tried several versions of MontagePy (python3-montagepy, whl for general linux) to python 3.10 in PowerShell2. I also tried in the latest Anaconda env.
ALl failed with error messages saying
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement python3-montagepy (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for python3-montagepy

OR

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement montagepy (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for montagepy

Please help me!
