Mosaic Python app Extremely Slow

Hi,

Tried this multiple times, different days, different times.
Similar results.
Get better response using the default with 0.5 degree sizes, but using 2 degrees with M31, seeing 21-35 minutes per band using example Basic.ipynb

Including network test of my internet connection,
trace route to your location that times out,
python retrieval of first M31 band.

Thank-you for submitting this issue. Our systems group have analyzed the problem, and have determined that the problem does not lie in the server hosting the data, nor in the IPAC network. Rather the problem lies in the data getting out of Caltech. We have asked the Caltech system services to analyze further. Sincerely, Bruce Berriman.
