Under the first paragraph, please add the following text:

The Arctic SDI:

provides more data and information about the Pan-Arctic
considers the Arctic as a whole ecosystem not restricted by borders
is an important piece of Canada’s Geospatial Data Infrastructure

I've updated the English Arctic SDI page. I'll keep an eye out for the French update and update accordingly when it arrives.
