I.e. add a mechanism a-ka &logintemplate=my_theme.... which is picked up and mapped to my_theme-login(.ftl) or similar. Ensure to support a on-disk provisioned template directory for non-public/open source themes. The mechanism should probbaly include fallback to login(.ftl) is the specialized requested theme is not found runtime.
