ECS container tasks dont start on instance launch

I'm not sure that's the correct approach. Do you really want the task launched on each instance when it comes up?

I do see that the registry task doesn't start. I assume that is what the service definition is supposed to do, but it doesn't seem to work. And I don't see the service anywhere in the AWS console.
