health_lost event damage type

like perhaps someone wants to make different voice lines for a bullet but say not for acid or a different voice line for acid, like the damage type menu for projectiles but for the health_lost event to specify what damage type would trigger the event, for what im doing, im trying to make an entropy zero 2 bad cop pac, including with the voice lines, that includes the pain lines, which are different from the generic pain lines they have.
