Add load field in resource model

Add load field in resource model in order to show load of resource depending on priority of nuggets that assigned to resource, here is an example of load: imagine, three nuggets assigned to the resource with priority of high, high and low (high=3, normal=2, low=1), in this case the load is 5 so the load of resource is busy.
