not able to recognize shade in ansible.

I am getting below error while using the os_server module in ansible.
FAILED! => {"changed": false, "msg": "shade is required for this module"}
Ansible version : 2.4
Shade is already installed

---

[nfvd1@NFVD ~]$ sudo pip show shade

Python Version : 2.6
