relayers are only added and maintained by the chainbridge admin Yes, since it is an open-source project, the repository is forkable/clonable. As such, the relayer can be customized. These relayers are typically run within containers on a cloud provider. These relayers do not know about each other, nor do they need to communicate with each other in order for consensus to be reached. |
