changeWebRTC when using 4g rotate proxy

hello
when i use plugin.useProxy and set changeWebRTC to true
it work fine for the first time and there is no webrtc ip leak
but when the 4g proxy rotete the ip automatically the old webrtc still the same and donot change
and will be webrtc ip leak this way
how can i fix that without close the browser and reopen ?
