Describe the bug

The installation shows fail but also says it's already installed. It is confusing about its results. It used to install just fine without errors a few weeks ago. I don't know if it's related to them getting ready to release 41 out of beta or something in the code made recently.

Expected behavior

Clean results as either successful or completed if there is nothing to update, fail is misleading.
