OnBoard does not provide a means of coordination between various appointers involved in boards. There needs to be a place to show staff discussions related to each board. That way staff can add notes such as: ”We are working on appointments and interviewing applicants X, Y, & Z. You might want to look at A & B.”

This should only be viewable by internal staff.

One possible use of this would be for liaisons to record their recommendations for appointments back to the appointer staff.
