Write end-to-end tests using Nightwatch.

Things to check for:

  • Searching works and all expected topic components appear
    • Single address (`1234 market)
    • Ranged address
    • Condo building base address (should show condos tab, etc.)
    • Condo unit
    • OPA account num
    • DOR parcel num
    • Intersections?
  • Searching for records that don't exist shows an error
  • DOR documents appear correctly (find some edge cases)
