Atom or RSS syndication feeds

Greetings and thank you for making your site code public and also making it possible to communicate on the site specifically!

It would be beneficial to enable Atom or RSS syndication feeds (Atom is preferable because it is a finalized standard) on phila.gov

I have made a news bot for which I will soon connect it to a database which currently offers over 6K syndication feeds, and I would be glad to list phila.gov as well.

My bot is still in testing yet it is already being utilized for my Rabbi and other members of the orthodox Jewish community here and even in Philadelphia.

To inform you, due to the prevalent commercial function and character of the internet, we - orthodox Jews - are resorting to use Atom/RSS to get updates.

We do not use HTML Browsers.
