Add new options such as different distances and buffering from the center point or the polygon of a parcel.

other potential option to consider - built-in options such as "Zoning Notification Buffer", other notification regulations, etc. in addition to "Custom distance"

  • wards/divisions (notification to constituents, polling place change notification)
  • school catchments (parent/friends of notifications)
  • rcos (members)
  • block (exactly block, not distance)
  • zba (distance and block)
  • custom distance (just distance, not block)
