Need to switch our image from circleci/golang go cimg/go in

wag/.circleci/config.yml

Line 6 in e1e9b5b

- image: circleci/golang:1.16-stretch

Typically this also requires changing working directory from root/go to ~/go.

I pushed a commit to make this change but was ran into some issue with the way we install the ancient Node version, see also #378
