Mockup ClinVar API user experience in the VCI

Mock up what the VCI user experience could be for ClinVar submission. This will be used to explore integrating the in-development ClinVar API service and the ClinVar data stream into the VCI with the goal of allowing users to submit to ClinVar. A separate chart of the data infrastructure is being worked on.

Specifically to mock up:

• The user submission experience (pair ClinVar and ERepo?) , a preview experience ?
• The initial (upon submission) user experience, what type of feedback the user gets after pushing the submission button.
• How will the user identify which variants are submitted to ClinVar? Which variants have been accepted by ClinVar? Which variants were rejected by ClinVar (and why)?
