Display additional evidence on Curation Central landing page

Users would like to be able to see the number of points applied to each type of evidence for each paper used in the GCI.

Add the number of points scored in the following places:

Individual: Next to each proband label from a paper

Experimental: Next to each experiment label from a paper

If any other PMIDs are noted in the Individual Additional Information section, display them under each individual on the Curation Central landing page.
