Memory usage markdup and dnascope

Samples with higher than expected AT-dropouts and GC-dropout tends to eat a lot more memory. We need to increase maximum mem allocation for these processes.

Also, manta and expansionhunter will be affected by these increased dropouts resulting in much longer run times
