描述一下你想要的功能

clipcc packager:
可以将含有拓展的.cc3(.sb3)转换成html，exe等等，实测，目前TW packager不能打包clipcc的含拓展作品，会报错

你为什么想要实现它？（可选）

clipcc的json，文字打印，httpio都是非常棒的功能，如果不能打包，那会是一件遗憾的事
