Add different deployment methods

We know that the deployment method affects the performance of an Azure Function. We would like to measure the differences.

Hey Dibran,

With the most resent changes this should be doable. A new "sku" field has been added to the test registrations, though not in use yet, I think it would be a nice addition. Though I believe this does require a rewrite of the front-end, as it currently not really setup for this.
