Trying to download language-cloudslang using UI-error (Compiler tools not found). #37

when the user tries to download language-cloudslang using UI he gets an error:(Compiler tools not found)

maybe we should add this to the known issues….

It's not an issue of our package, it's a proxy issue.
Works just fine from outside network

yea so maybe we can add it in our documentation so that the users will know it's a proxy issue (not clear)

This also seems to be more of an Atom issue to me. (You can open an issue there and see what happens).

Again, I don't think we can be responsible for documenting all the Atom issues that relate to us. I think their docs will improve with time (and we might be able to contribute in some areas as well).

i think that if the issue is an Atom issue but it is related to cloudslang you should defiantly include it in our documentation, we do it also in our other projects such as OO, but again just a thought :)

@roieyal, it is not related to CloudSlang specifically. It is a general Atom issue around trying to install an Atom package behind a proxy.
I agree with @SamMarkowitz that it is not smart to document Atom general issues, since it means we will have to keep it aligned with changes to Atom. It might become outdated quite fast, and we will not even know...
If anything, we should open an issue to Atom about improving their documentation, or even contribute to them fixes for their docs
