Remove ClusterHQ website links and branding from the Flocker documentation #2993

The documentation has been moved to https://flocker.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ but it still has the ClusterHQ logo and has links back to the ClusterHQ website.

  • Switch the docs to use a standard Sphinx template.
  • Remove / update all links to clusterhq.com

Just a heads up, I spotted a link on the official Kubernetes documenation covering the topic of Flocker volumes found here. I understand this issue was opened Jan 4th of 2017 and may not be actively worked, but it's a completely dead link so I thought I'd mention anyway.
