Merge CLI install scripts into one #59

Right now there are multiple scripts at ci-utils/centos7-* that aim to install dpcli from scratch and one assumes ZFS is installed and one does not.

We should merge these to support both stories, as well as install on different distros and not just CentOS7/RHEL7.

  • Merge scripts to do the "is zfs installed" check rather than 2 seperate scripts
  • Add support to check what OS/Distro is being used and call install order accordingly.

Does this need to be Bash, or can we use something else (eg. Python)?

realistically, it can be anything.
