Frequently causes extension host to crash. Performance could use improvement.

Very happy to see this extension! Given it is relatively new, there seems to be a bit of room for improvement. It frequently causes the extension host to crash. I am using it in a workspace with a medium size angular project with a Java back end. Performance could use improvement. For example, Sublime's feature is nearly instantaneous. A high bar for sure. Nevertheless, please consider further testing and development of this extension, as it introduces a highly requested, and presumably therefore highly valued feature into vscode! microsoft/vscode#8939

Hi, honestly I wasn't aware if anyone else is using this, but me and my projects are relatively small.
I was testing it on the VSCode codebase during development, but I will find another larger project and see what I can do.
Let me know if you have any suggestions.
