Try the versions on PyPI, any which don't work should be hidden. E.g. pip install coexpnetviz does not seem to work currently due to a missing deep-blue-genome, probably I pushed it before pushing DBG but got interrupted and DBG never got pushed. DBG is called varbio now, so really we should just forget about that version of coexpnetviz.

Indeed we may wonder whether we'll continue using PyPI at all, may use Conda instead, but should probably not remove it from pypi but instead link to the new conda packages.

Actually, I'll provide these old versions in a docker (#3) but the pip page should point to whatever we decided for the latest release.
