Baits absent while they are present

Oren has baits which are present in the matrix, but yet coexpnetviz says they're absent. I've saved the files on my machine as coexpr_cases/1.

The error:

  W: Correlation sample of ExpressionMatrix('A.solani_DMG_avg.txt') contains
  more than 10% NaN values, specifically 640000 values out of a sample matrix
  of 639200 values are NaN

His file had trailing tabs, but removing them did not help. Further, 640000 > 639200 makes no sense, 639200 should be the max!
