Description

in the editor window sometimes the first line ignores the window title and is higher up than expected

To Reproduce

This is the most consistient way:

  1. Open the welcome window
  2. Choose "New File"

Expected behavior

The first line should always be below the window title

Version information

CodeEdit 1.0 b0e30e5
MacOS 12.5
Xcode 13.4.1

Additional context

this sometimes happens on the project view mode aswell but the welcome screen one is easier to reproduce

This appears to be a duplicate of CodeEditApp/CodeEditTextView#20.
