Donate feature

Will need to add a donation button to the website, so that people can donate money to support this if they like it.

This can involve either simply creating a donate button/page, or working on the framework for donations.

Code for Pittsburgh currently has fiscal sponsorship through the Open Source Collective foundation, and donations can be made there. Unclear whether they have an HTML button or API for making donations. Alternatively, a "tip jar" functionality might also be used.
