Please mention this issue# in any PRs, commits related to Lesson 4 in JS Core.

I would like to start a discussion on what should be covered in the advanced JS lesson.

Here's a potential list in order of how important/useful I believe they are for core JS:

  • scoping
  • this keyword
  • object prototype
  • bind, call, apply
  • recursion

What do people think? Any other topics we should consider?
Or should we give up most theory in this lesson altogether and focus more on algorithmic thinking?

@kabaros Please feel to apply the "Lesson" label, as I don't think I have permissions to do this?

@rarmatei shouldn't this be lesson 3?

@kabaros I thought lesson 3 was about DOM APIs, Async and AJAX requests.

I was working on Lesson 2 today, and noticed you left lesson 4 open to discussion, and I thought I'd open an issue to mention some of the things I thought are useful, but too advanced to include as part of Lesson 1 or 2.
